We are offering this new class for free as an experiment in the Gift Economy. At the end of each class, participants will have the opportunity to reciprocate.

The gift economy is based on the currency of trust, gratitude, and reciprocity. It is the building block of community, relationships, and interconnectedness. If we brought awareness and gratitude to everything we use, we would need less and have more, and the world could be a more joyful, healthy, and mutually flourishing place!
